System Introduction
In feeding system:
The feeding system uses a single channel with fewer sensors for better feed.
Heating system:
The preform is heated intensely, and the cooling device and cross-venting protect the preform neck from deformation, improving energy efficiency and heating efficiency.
Transfer unit:
The variable pitch device is servo controlled for stable and accurate transfer.
Clamping unit:
The clamping unit is controlled by a servo motor to ensure simultaneous, stable operation and precise positioning.
High pressure air recycle system:
The high-pressure air circulation system saves high pressure on the fuel tank, reduces noise and saves energy.

Feature

The preform is heated and blown over separate sections, which saves waiting time per unit. The preform is heated intensely and is heated as a rotary machine to increase the heating efficiency. At the same time, high-pressure air can be saved through the air circulation system for pre-blowing or low-pressure gas supply, saving energy.
